and modified is: spark plug spec./ignition coil spec.in racing,generator coil
modified to reduction 3-5mm, piston modified to reduction 10-20mm for weight of

Ignition of Automobile

Ignition of automobile is spark in combustion of engine by gasoline fuel (C6H12O6)
The System is conventional, parts of the system is: Battery, arm/nocken as, cut
ignition, ignition coil, spark plug, and the operate system is, 12Vdc battery
combined with coil generator connecting to ignition coil to spark plug.Between
12Vdc battery and ignition coil to install cut ignition governor automatic,
setting by engineer/technician to operate that the system if compression step
before point up/8 degree ignition will connected. If before the setting ones
is wrong condition the system will be back step occur,so the engine cannot running
If the setting after the setting ones, it is wrong condition the engine can running
but the power of engine will be loose. So the setting should be match in order to
have the power of the engine is full power.
The system is operate to engine 2(two) stroke and 4(four) stroke by gasoline fuel
The system is conventional to ignition spark chamber of internal combustion engine

Fire Alarm Gong For Building

Fire alarm gong for building is very important to indicate that the sprinkler
system on the Building is have problem in sprinkler on the building is problem
occur like is head sprinkler crack, broke,or brake against flame cause fire
occur on the building in location fire occur. cause the head sprinkler broke
the pressure in installation of sprinkler system to be go down. So will water
flow occur indicate flow switch and than have flow on the motor alarm gong,

Fire Pre-Action System

Fire Pre-Action system is to void the fire occur by dry system of the location

Installation and operation is need of parts as follow:Gate valve, Chamber of

Pressure switch,templer switch, compressor unit,Sprinkler head bulb type,safety
valve,control panel, detectors, and parts of related.The operation is after the
all of parts is installed if the fire occur, detector will detected and send signal
so control panel send output signal to solenoid Pre-Action open the deluge clapper
the water discharge through clapper to system. But the water still stand by in
pipe system mix with air the pressure is 150 -175 psi. So if the fire flame to
bulb of sprinkler head break and water discharge to location.
The standby condition deluge clapper is close and the pipe system fill the air need
air pressure 120psi without leak but if the pressure is go down the air compressor
will automatic run to acheive the pressure mentioned by pressure reference...

Deluge Valve Chamber

Deluge valve chamber is to protection the location from the fire
occur. The part of is: Gate valve OS&Y,NFPA, Chamber,Trim set
Flow switch, pressure switch, solenoid valve, alarm gong
Smoke, Heat Detectors, panel control.The system operate is
electric system need current 24Vdc to operate the fire alarm system
the signal from the detectors cause smoke or heat will send
signal to control panel and panel will send out signal suppression
to solenoid 24 Vdc so the chamber will open and water have pressure
9-10 kg/cm2, 135-150 psi will trough out to system so the water will
discharge by sprinkler head pendent or upright on the area
protection eg:Transformator, workshop area, special area should be
protection need high pressure and high flow rate but safe for
water or wet condition. The type of sprinkler head is open type
so if occur the fire the water will discharge by spray nozzle/head
sprinkler to follow specification the NFPA-20

Fire Hydrant System

Fire Hydrant system is used of the buildings, offices, hospitals,
apartments,power plant or etc...the parts of fire hydrant ie: pumps
panels control, pipe SCH-40,fire hose, nozzle, and valves
the size of pump depending the building size, the size pump is
250 USGPM up, split case or centrifugal end suction
The pump will suction the water from ground tank and will
discharge to system the building with pipe installation connection
by welded or tread size and to be installed to the building
Beside the pump size also used Jokey pump is to get stability of
the pressure will start and stop by automatic system depend
pressure what you want.The building big size is used complete set
ie:Diesel fire pump, Electric main pump, Jokey pump
and the size of those pump is depending the building size
